I read on another message board (Bisonville) that a sophomore player on IPFWs softball team took her own life. Tragic. I pray for her family and her teammates as they attempt to grasp their new reality.

Passings like Heather Genovese's, the starting 2nd baseman for IPFW leave a whole in our hearts, wondering if there were signs that were missed that could have made a difference. May we all learn from this and as this post's titles implies, keep things in perspective, and to also be ready to lend an ear, a hand, etc., to those in need.
