The answer to the question of who is the greatest Leathernecknationer of all time is subjective.
However I will add my own parameters to make it more measurable.
Minimal criteria is:
active on this board within the year from this date.
50 posts or 200 visits.
29 Leathernecks make the cut so far:

this was arrived at by taking the top ten posters in sequence of seniority and assessing points based upon posts
WIU712 is Honorable Mention.
I should mention also that the lowest amount of points wins. The list above was arranged in order of seniority, 1-29 which is 50% of the score for the guy/gal. The other 50% encompasses the person with the most posts, the most posts gets the lowest score and so on..............

For the first time ever, I am speechless! I accept the silver bobble head Leslie Crane Doll!!!! And, I am sure that I can pull the head off if I want too! I was hoping I would get instead a TV bobble head complete with blinders as some of you suggest.
Thanks 101! I am truly honored to be even mentioned with B-Ball, WIU712, and Meganeck! I think I probably would win an award for the longest posts if such an award existed. Or maybe the posts that seem more like a lecture!!!!!!!

| I was shocked that I got bronze, although I appreciate the being thought of, I feel there are others who provide more insight than me. I just try to stay away from the sky is falling hyperbole that is so popular.

I think the judges confused activity with accomplishment.
In another thread I acknowledge you as the most tenured ranking poster.
You will also note that in my list your name appears at the very top.
Heck if I were to do it by seniority you would have Gold. Conversely if I were to do it by posts I would have Silver. I thought averaging the two might be the most fare approach.
