Nice win at home over Southern Utah last night. Controlled the game from the start -- excellent defensive effort by Coach Mo and the guys.

And now .. we're tournament bound, baby!

It's not the "big dance" or anything (though the way they are playing now, I wish the tourney was held, like, this weekend!) but it shows to me this team is definitely making progress.

We're not there yet. But at least the light at the end of the tunnel ain't a runaway freight train.

The team is playing great right now. Kudos to Coach Molinari and the Leatherneck team!

Congrats to Coach Mo and the team.

I hope that we do well in our last 3 games and maybe even move up a place or two in the conference standings.

I am so happy for David Nurse. He will get to go to the Confernce Tournament. Both he and Quenton Kirby will be honored in the Senior Night game on Saturday. Both are outstanding scholars as well as being good athletes.

Let's Go WESTERN!!

Congrats to the guys last night, it was good to see them be able to have an "easy" victory. Now lets make some noise in the conference tourney.

Great defensive effort holding So. Utah scoreless for first 7:59 seconds of the game set the tone for this victory for sure. I only fear IUPUI because we just do NOT match up with their athleticism, but I would take our chances against any other team in the Tourney Go Necks !!!! Hope we have a better crowd Saturday. Great job of students, track team, and ROTC showing up but where was all the area fans last night ? Very disappointing attendance by area.

As always, I hope they win the rest of their games, but more so now because of their tourney spot. If they win out they could move up into the 6th seed and most likely take on Oral Roberts. They need to make up a 2 games with NDSU, but they have two games coming up that will most likely be losses (hopefully) and then us. I don't know what the tie breaker would be if we beat them and end up with the same record 7-11 or win out and they win 1 (8-10).

I would rather be the 8th seed and take on Oakland, then the 7th seed and take on IUPUI. We've played much better against them. I know we've been hot since IUPUI stomped us, but I think we have Oakland's number.

Whatever happens I'm just glad we made the tourney.
