For all of the grief that has been sent in TV's way this last week, I think he did a great job finding the guy to replace Coach Hyman. He definitely has the credentials to take the program to the next level, that is of course if there is enough moola to go around in the near future!

Mike Villano, the Central Michigan assistant. Has college and professional experience! I guess he was the player to be named later mentioned during the Jason Kaufman trade!!!!!

| I agree neckfan, sounds like a good hire. Especially like his pitching credentials. Hopefully should see an improvement in the ptiching department.

The fact that he didn't get scared off during his interview visit (unlike Ray Harper for men's basketball) should speak well for Villano. At least they are repainting the baseball office for the first time since the Pawlow years!!

| Good for him. I wish him well. I hope the new paint in the office works like a shroud of invisibility because with the budget this guy has to manage and until Cisco can get Pauncho to get his butt off the golf course with Papa Smurf and raise some dollars through donations to the unrestricted athletic fund, magic is what this new manager is going to have to rely on.
