The Leatherneck women's soccer team beat Oakland today to clinch a berth in the Summit League soccer tournament. They have improved steadily and now are winning the games that eluded their grasp at the beginning of the year.
Good luck! Its great to get hot at the right time!
Oh by the way, all of the WIU teams are now called Leathernecks!!!!! Its been a bit difficult because I always looked for Westerwind and Leatherneck to decide what team was being talked about, but still, its been a healthy change.
Now its time for the board to make the change!!!!!! Get with it!
