Heard Holly at halftime of the women's game, has a ton of talent returning and luckily recruited a very good catcher from Marist to fill in for the ACL injury to last year's starter and one of this year's captains. Pitching staff is very deep and experienced, good quickness in the infield, will hit and slap, and steal, and will not only be a force in the Summit, but also against the Major schools. For some reason, I think it just may be easier to challenge schools in the Big Ten and Big 12 in softball than in basketball! Not sure why that is?
Baseball should also be good! Hyman is really a mover and shaker and boy does it help to have the facility WIU now has for baseball. Wonder if the enthusiasm we are seeing in football recruiting has anything to do with the east stands??

PS. I did not actually see the interview, I just know that she seemed to me to be a bit giddy!
