Adam Coleman decommitted to WIU... Here is a little blub from the story on Rivals. Oh well:
Bettendorf defensive lineman Adam Coleman ended the recruiting process early when he committed to Western Illinois. But after taking his official visit there recently, this senior seems to have had a change of heart.
"I decommitted to Western Illinois. I am not interested in them anymore. I went on my official visit there and I just couldn't see myself going there. It was nothing against their coaches or players. I just didn't feel as comfortable as I thought I did."
When Coleman told the coaches of his decision, it was a big relief to him.
"I feel like I have a monkey off of my back now. When I called and told them, I felt better about everything. I didn't want to lead them on anymore because that was unfair to them."

I am surprised that you hadn't mentioned this kid, yet. Hails from the same school as Herb. Perfect situation coming in with Herb, Gibbs and Thomas being seniors in 08.

| I think Coleman has gotten a big head, I know Iowa was interested in him so I assume he thinks he can get a D1 scholarship and won't have to lower himself to take a 1-AA scholarship
