It seems to me that Coach Mo has found the early going to be a bit tougher than he thought it would be. Not sure what is going on as far as assistants, but I think he wants to introduce his entire class together at the same time. Not sure why he is being so hush hush but I know he is really beating the bushes! I am trying to be patient to!!!

I can't believe Jim is getting players to commit without having any asst coaches hired. What is going on? You think he would have at one asst coach hired.

Windy: Appreciate the info. Does anyone else find it sad that the only info. we get on recruits for WIU has been coming through Bradley Fan Forum. Why doesn't WIU's own athletic website give any press releases for any signees. Jim must still be doing all this on his own because still no Asst.'s hiring yet either ?????

Too bad if true. He appeared to be the top recruit of the 3 especially when 1 said he was ready to play D-2 ball until Mo offered him a D-1 scholarship. From what I can gather as far as returnees and new players, we would currently have 7 players standing between 6'0" - 6'3"; 1 player standing 6'5", and 1 player standing 6'10". Hope Mo can find a few post players still.

Yes signing day was awhile ago, so unless they haven't officially signed yet, I see no reason why he couldn;t comment

Glad to see you are able to find some info. reflecting that Mo is adding some players. WIU web-site shows nothing yet. Hope he gets the power forward added.

Tommie Tyler was about as patient as one could be during the recruiting process. The versatile 6-foot-3, 185-pound combo guard from Langham Creek High School saw schools drift in and out of the picture, and kept on seeing possibilities pop up and fade away just as quickly. So when one school in the Summit League dropped by and decided to offer him a spot, Tyler knew it was something he couldn't pass up so he went ahead and committed to that school earlier this week.

I have really been looking for the results of Coach Mo's hardwork and determination on the recruiting trail and have discovered we have 3 guards committed, one from New Jersey, a Juco from Texas, and another also from Texas.

Stan Elliott, New Jersey 6'3"

Kirby Quentin, Texas 6'2", (juco)

Tommie Tyler, Texas 6'3"

Have been trying to get the low down on each kid. I think there is a power forward about ready to commit to.
