Anyone remember Gary Birch- the kicker? Short career, but I believe he was with Denver.
In my opinion, which doesn't count a lot , I believe Mike Wagner might be the best player out of WESTERN to have a very good pro career. We also must add Bryan Cox, Rodney Harrison and Frank Winters respectfully. These guys were regular starters and had a great deal of long term success.
Taking a look at all time WESTERN players, I would put Wagner at the top of my list. Four Super Bowl rings as a starter for the Pittsburgh dynasty of Chuck Noll.

RE: Necks (and Winds) in the Pros

I can't find anything on this guy, but I'd swear there was a guy named Charlie Boston who played around the same time as Mike Wagner.........

RE: Necks (and Winds) in the Pros

UPDATED WIU PRO LISTING
-----------------------------------------------------
[Athlete's Name] [League] [Team (Years)]

Zane Teilane-Tamane WNBA Detroit Shock/Washington Mystics (2006)
