FCS, is similar in that regard, there are some perenial FCS powers year in and year out and there certainly are certain conferences in FCS that are a "cut above the rest".&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;For lack of a better terminology what conferences are the BCS of the FCS?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My picks, best to least.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1 Southern Conference&lt;br&gt;Tied2 Gateway Football Conference&lt;br&gt;Tied2 Colonial Athletic Association&lt;br&gt;4 Southland Conference&lt;br&gt;5 Big Sky Conference.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Come 2008 I bump Gateway above SoCon.</description><pubDate>Wed, 21 May 2008 22:26:01 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>western-101</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
