Zane will be playing for Latvia in the Olympics after her team won play in Tournament to participate. Zane had 13 points and 8 rebounds in the Championship game. I'm glad to hear Zane is still playing because I had been told that she had married and her husband didn't want her playing b-ball due to religious reasons.

Yeah, I saw that in the paper as well -- pretty cool. Am glad to hear she's back playing basketball too.
As for her husband, what pray tell are the religious reasons for not playing basketball? Was there some 11th commandment that says, "Thou shalt not play women's professional basketball" or something? Hmm. That's a new one to me.
Should've married me! I'd let her play basketball anytime she wanted. Ok, I'd better stop now before I get a restraining order sent my way. 
Glad to see she's back playing again. Is her sister also trying out for the team as well? I thought I heard she was also playing for her home country as well.
