| Just read elsewhere that Harrellson was released, but under a few conditions. That is all I know since you have to be a paid subscriber to read the whole article.

| Harrellson ended up writing Tim a letter after Bernie's stinging article to smooth things over a little. He was released yesterday under certain conditions. He will have his release letter sent to only certain schools. He will then pare the list down to five. It is now a dead period so his timing is not good. The schools that he asked the release be sent to were: Iowa State, Ohio State, Missouri, St. Louis U, Kentucky, Indiana, Washington State and Coralville Community College (some call it Iowa)

Seemed like he left on pretty good terms -- here is a quick interview from him talking about his release:

Wish he could've been a Leatherneck, but .. oh well.

| Bernie did have a note in his Bit's column today about Harrellson getting his release and he commended TVA and Western for giving him the release.
